Amanda Northwind

Amanda Keewatinawin (Northwind) is a Nêhiyaw (Cree) woman and an enrolled member of the Chippewa Cree Tribe in Rocky Boy Montana. She is a mother of twins and a life long resident of the Wenatchee Valley. Amanda is a local Indigenous artist who enjoys making wearable art inspired by the beauty of NCW for her business Mystic North Jewelry. She was drawn to joining IRRF because of their core values that fuel her passion of advocating for the preservation of culture, language, land and art.

When she’s not busy making jewelry for her business Amanda enjoys spending with her daughters, beading for loved ones and herself and hiking with her dog.
